1. Who I am giving consent to
By accepting this document, I, as a data subject, give my freely-given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") to [Foooh LLC] (Tax ID [INN], registered address: [registered address]; the "Controller") to process my personal data as described below.
2. What data I authorise
I authorise the Controller to process the following personal data:
- email address;
- name or alias provided at registration;
- Telegram ID (
telegram_id) if I connect the Telegram notifications channel; - IP address, cookie identifiers, technical data about my browser and device;
- subscription and payment information (the full payment instrument number is not received or stored by the Controller);
- the contents of my support tickets and messages.
3. Purposes
This consent covers the following purposes:
- Provision of access to the Foooh Service;
- Sending service notifications via email, Telegram and push;
- Sending marketing communications (newsletters, product updates, promotions) — only if I have separately ticked the marketing-consent box;
- Loading analytics and marketing cookies — only if I have enabled the corresponding categories in the cookie banner;
- Responding to my inquiries and requests related to my account.
4. Operations covered
I authorise the following operations on my personal data: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure to processors listed below, restriction, erasure or destruction — by automated means or otherwise.
5. Sub-processors
I acknowledge that the Controller may rely on the following processors, acting on its behalf under data processing agreements: CloudPayments (payment processing), Timeweb Cloud (storage), Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics (analytics — only with my consent for analytics cookies).
6. Term
This consent is given for the duration of my user account on the Service plus 90 days following its deletion, or until I withdraw it — whichever comes first.
7. Right to withdraw consent
In accordance with Article 7(3) GDPR, I may withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal. Withdrawal can be effected by:
- emailing
dpo@foooh.ru; - changing the relevant settings in my account;
- using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails (for marketing communications).
The Controller will cease processing within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where retention is required by law.
8. Confirmation
By ticking the "I agree" box at registration, by clicking "Accept all" in the cookie banner, or by continuing to use the Service after reviewing this document, I confirm that I:
- have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy;
- understand the scope, purposes and conditions of the processing;
- give my consent freely, knowingly and in my own interest;
- am aware that I may withdraw this consent at any time.
