- How does the recipient redeem it?
- They get a unique code by email or Telegram. Opening the link or entering the code in their Foooh account activates the subscription.
- How long is the gift valid?
- One year from purchase. Once activated, it runs for the months stated on the card.
- Can I gift it to myself?
- Yes. Pick the 'self-pickup' delivery option — we'll show the code on the page after payment and email you a copy.
- What if the recipient never gets the email?
- Open your account and click 'Resend'. The backup code is always in the confirmation email we sent you.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- Standard online payment options. Prices show in your local currency.
- Can I get a refund?
- Before the gift is redeemed — yes, contact support. Once redeemed, it can't be refunded due to the digital nature of the subscription.
